The Wicked Eye replacement washers are a proprietary product. We built the mold in-house in our Southern CA manufacturing facility. They are first molded out of an ABS plastic and then over-molded with a soft rubber coating. With this combination of plastic and over-molded rubber, you get both a soft grip when tossing as well as nice bounce when landing.
